Le Roi Mohammed VI a inauguré la centrale noor 1 de Ouarzazate
La centrale solaire noor (arabe : محطة نور للطاقة الشمسية), est une centrale solaire thermodynamique en construction près de Ouarzazate au Maroc, dont le premier volet (noor I), est entré en service en février 2016. Après sa mise en service en 2016, et avec 160 MW, la centrale devient la 7e centrale solaire thermodynamique la plus grande au monde, après les 5 centrales américaines aux premiers rangs, puis celle de l’Espagne. À sa finition totale, elle sera la plus grande centrale solaire au monde.
