At the German Institute for Development Policy (DIE) on the sidelines of the Bonn session, May 7, 2018, the side-event of the International Network of Climate Change Centers of Excellence and Think Tanks for Capacity Building (INCCCETT 4CB) was organized. 4C Maroc provides the General Secretariat. The side-event focused on the role of networks in accelerating the implementation of NDCs through south / south and triangular cooperation and was followed with a signing ceremony of the partnership agreement binding the 13 members of the network.
