Ms. Nezha El Ouafi, the Secretary of State for Sustainable Development, stressed; that to face climate challenges, and prepare now for its resilience, Morocco has undertaken proactive and daring policies in the fields of clean and sustainable energies, agriculture, water resources or sanitation and transport . Ms. El Ouafi also added; during his participation in the side event, organized; by 4C Maroc, that Morocco has set up this center with the aim of strengthening the capacities of all the actors concerned by the problem of climate change in Morocco and Africa.
