This event, held in collaboration with the Climate Change Competence Center (4C Maroc), the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (UN ESCWA), the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) and the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ), gathered together, for two days, experts, economists, academics, international organizations representatives, think tanks, stakeholders in the water and agriculture sectors, as well as representatives of local and regional authorities and civil society, to advance the scientific debate on climate change adaptation and monitoring and evaluation methods.
