The Climate Change Competence Center of Morocco (4C Maroc) and the Canadian Consortium Ouranos signed, on Thursday 19, April 2019 in Marrakech, a partnership agreement aimed at promoting collaboration in capacity building, with a mutual transfer of know-how between the two parties.
