The Competence Center Climate Change (4C Maroc) organized a side event on December 11th 2018 in Katowice in Morocco's participation as a framework for COP 24, the event was attended by several Moroccan, African and European personalities. This side event was an opportunity to present the action and experience of the 4C Maroc Center.
